The Connecticut State Museum of Natural History is excited to be visiting the Wee Faerie Village with examples of real rocks and minerals that inspired this year’s faerie houses. Visitors can look at mineral structures up close under a microscope and admire the size of our giant amethyst specimen. Budding geologists can test their knowledge of common minerals and learn about their shapes and structures through hands-on activities.
