Celebrate the holiday season at Santa’s Artisan Market, a festive shopping experience featuring a curated selection of high-quality, locally made goods from talented artisans and makers.
Taking place alongside two of Mystic’s biggest holiday traditions—Santa’s Arrival by Tugboat and the Lighted Boat Parade—the market offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase your creations to thousands of visitors who come to downtown Mystic for the holiday festivities.

We’re looking for a well-rounded selection of unique, locally made products and would love to have you join us for this special day in Mystic.
All vendor applications will be reviewed by our team and accepted vendors will receive an invite from the team.
Event Details
Date: Saturday, November 29, 2025
Market Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vendors have the option to stay through the Lighted Boat Parade, till around 7pm)
Location: Cottrell Street, along the Mystic River Park in Downtown Mystic
Booth Fee: $125, including one 10' x 10' space
What Vendors Provide: Tent, tables, chairs, and all necessary display equipment
Electricity: No electricity is available. Generators are not permitted. Battery-powered lights are strongly recommended for your tent.
Load-In, Parking & Breakdown (Please review the following important information before registering). Cottrell Street will be closed to all vehicles for the holiday festivities, and vendors must plan accordingly.
Load-in begins at 9:30 AM. You may drop off your belongings at your booth location before the street closes. All vehicles must be off Cottrell Street by 10:00 AM. No exceptions. Cottrell Street will close to all vehicles at 10:00 AM and will remain closed until 8:30 PM or until the police determine that it is safe to reopen the street.
Parking Vendors should seek parking on Washington Street, which will put you close to your booth space. Once the street is closed, vehicles cannot enter Cottrell Street, including during breakdown. Please plan to transport your belongings between your booth and your vehicle. A hand truck, wagon, or similar equipment is highly recommended.
Breakdown: All booths must be cleaned up and removed from Cottrell Street by 8:00 PM. Vendors may not drive vehicles onto Cottrell Street while it is closed. Vehicles will not be permitted back onto the street until after 8:30 PM, or until the police determine it is safe. This is a police safety mandate and must be followed.
